This is a new class for those sewers who would like to fit and sew a skirt featured in the "Sassy Skirts" booklet. There is a supply list for you to shop at Fabrications with sample sized yokes for you to fit. Make an appointment for your fitting by calling the store. I have redesigned this class series and class offering so here is how it will run. A free fitting with Mary while purchasing your fabrics and notions.
Class #1 Elastic Waistline Level 1 with or without a serger
Come to class with your fabric cut. Bring your machine and serger (if you have a serger in your sewing room). You will learn how to measure and apply elastic, fit your skirt, and add a hem. A good basic skirt class.
Class fee: $40
Class A: Wednesday, June 18 (10:00 am - 2:00 pm)
The linen bag has been embroidered and cut for you. You will learn to hand bead, stitch on the Pfaff serger, construct the bag on a Pfaff sewing machine, and insert satin ribbon ties.
The kit fee for the class is $8 and the class is free.

Class fee: Fee for each of these classes is $40 which will include a light lunch and the quilt designs for the month from Pfaff.

Fabrications Pfaff Owner's
Pfaff has redesigned their owner's classes with a new class outline. Fabrications will follow Pfaff's outline using fabric projects instead of stitching samples. Our Pfaff classes are the best in the sewing machine field because we have "hands-on" levels of learning in our classes.
There will be no class fee for the first year of owning your Fabrications Pfaff machine and or serger. If you purchased your Pfaff from Fabrications we encourage you to take these new owner's classes. The classes will tell you to remind us of the purchase date of your Pfaff so we can wave the class fee. The seating is limited so sign-up early, so we can schedule a second seating of a favorite class. If you have purchased your machine from another Pfaff dealer, we can't include you in our free owner's classes.
Fabrications Class Policies
Thank you for registering for classes early and paying class fees in advance by check or cash. This is the only way our teachers can prepare properly for classes. Supplies have to be ordered, kits cut, etc. All classes are filled on a first-come, first paid students. Your payment of the class fee reserves your place in class. If, for any reason, the class is canceled, a full refund of the class fee is given or applied to another class. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend a class, we require a two week notice prior to the date of the class to allow us time to fill your place. Otherwise a refund of your class fee will be forfeited. When you register for a class you will be given a supply list. In order to insure your satisfaction, we ask you to purchase your supplies for your classes at Fabrications under our guidance before class begins. If you purchase fabrics and supplies from other stores, we will refund your class fee as stated above. Remember your support insures that we will be here for you in the future. After you register for a class, you will receive a 10% discount on fabrics and supplies purchased for the class. Please remind us at the time of purchase that your are buying class supplies. Please bring a sewing basket with supplies to every class.
